This. Is. So. Delicious. An amazing and easy dressing for dipping veggies, or used in bowls of steamed veggies on a bed of short grain brown rice, or really, in whatever form you desire. Sometimes the best option is on a spoon and into the mouth! Scrumptious, with a great name to boot.
Ingredients:

- 1 cup fresh parsley, packed ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp lemon juice from fresh squeezed lemon is best!
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until everything is smooth. That is it!
