Vegan Green Goddess Dressing. Knock your socks off delicious!

This. Is. So. Delicious. An amazing and easy dressing for dipping veggies, or used in bowls of steamed veggies on a bed of short grain brown rice, or really, in whatever form you desire. Sometimes the best option is on a spoon and into the mouth! Scrumptious, with a great name to boot.

Ingredients:

Vegan Green Goddess Dressing
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, packed ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice from fresh squeezed lemon is best!
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until everything is smooth. That is it!
