Season’s Greetings!

My name is Travis and I am pleased to have the opportunity to work alongside the great people at Head to Heal in Regina’s Cathedral neighbourhood while I am home for the holidays. I am currently finishing up my 5th year of Osteopathic Studies at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. As I continue through my education, I continue to add more tools/techniques to better help people live better with manual therapy.

Often described as gentle and non-invasive, treatment is appropriate for all ages and stages of life! Using palpation (hands on), it is aimed towards restoring the natural anatomical and physiological principles found within the body.  Depending on the individual, the treatment can include (but not limited to) a blend of structural, cranial-sacral, visceral and myofascial techniques.  Focused on relieving the root cause of your symptoms, treatment takes into account the whole person and this is why each treatment is different. Once the root issues are resolved, your body can continue to heal itself…ultimately helping you get back to being YOU!

Some of the reasons people seek treatment can include:

  • Back/neck pain
  • Tmj dysfunction
  • Headaches/migraines
  • Post concussion symptoms
  • Digestive problems
  • Sciatica
  • Postural/mobility issues
  • Chronic pain/fatigue
  • Dizziness/vertigo
  • Joint pain/arthritis

I will be available for 75 minute treatments while I am back for the holidays from the 15th to the 31st. For booking, please call in or book your appointment online. If you have any questions, please check out my website (cuddingtonwellness.com) or contact me via email.

I hope to see you!
