A few weeks ago the wonderful Kelly brought in a mint pineapple smoothie that she had created and man it was ridiculously tasty. It just needed to be recreated. So very fresh tasting, it captures summer in a taste.

Ingredients:
(for two 8 oz glasses)
- 1 heaped cup of chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 medium ripe banana
- ¾ cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp of honey if you need a little more sweetness
- 2 ice cubes
Directions:
- Blend all the ingredients. Drink and take a trip to heaven on earth 🙂
