These are top drawer. Delicious vegan gluten free treats that make summer all that much better and it is already so darn good.

Ingredients:
- 13.5 oz full fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut or unsweetened almond milk
- 2 to 3 tsp of culinary quality match powder – do not swap out this ingredient for any other green tea
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Directions:
- Large measuring cup (easier to pour the end product) whisk together coconut milk until smooth
- In a small mixing bowl mix 2 tbsp of coconut milk/almond milk and matcha powder together until smooth
- Pour mixture into coconut milk
- Add maple syrup and mix until smooth
- Taste and if a grassier, stronger matcha taste is desired mix another teaspoon in a little milk and add to coconut milk mixture
- Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for 5 hours or more
