Dandelions are preparing to bloom soon, and their blossoming yellow heads are a sign that our bodies are ready to lighten up digestively and move! Spring is such an exciting time of year when nature is replenishing, and regenerating and we can do the same – embrace the habits and foods that nourish us, and gently release the habits and foods which do not serve us, a subtle, yet long term effective way to do your body’s spring cleaning.
This spring Head to Heal Family Wellness Centre has much on the move. At the end of April, our RMT Crystal Schouten will be on maternity leave moving her away from Head to Heal for a little while to have her baby this spring. We will miss her while she is gone, and we are all very excited for her new little one to come earthside for her and her family to enjoy. Crystal will have an excellent massage therapist, Becky Nielsen to cover her patients while she is away and Becky will be taking new patients as well. Please see her bio here and call into our office to book a massage at 306.543.4325 or book online at www.reginanaturopathicdoctor.com
Head to Heal Family Wellness is also excited to have Reiki master Sanae Okada teach a spring workshop on Jikiden Reiki from our wellness centre. The course will run May 14 & 15, 2016 – and it looks amazing, read more about it in her article below, and if you are interested in joining please do so through her website www.jikidenreikiseminars.com. This workshop is for anyone age 17 and older, and it is an accredited course for health practitioners – 15 credits of Remedial Massage Therapist Association (RMTA)-6.
