Crazy good Matcha Tea & Coconut Popsicles

These are top drawer. Delicious vegan gluten free treats that make summer all that much better and it is already so darn good.

Crazy good Matcha Tea & Coconut Popsicles



Ingredients:

  • 13.5 oz full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut or unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 to 3 tsp of culinary quality match powder – do not swap out this ingredient for any other green tea
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Large measuring cup (easier to pour the end product) whisk together coconut milk until smooth
  2. In a small mixing bowl mix 2 tbsp of coconut milk/almond milk and matcha powder together until smooth
  3. Pour mixture into coconut milk
  4. Add maple syrup and mix until smooth
  5. Taste and if a grassier, stronger matcha taste is desired mix another teaspoon in a little milk and add to coconut milk mixture
  6. Pour into popsicle molds and let freeze for 5 hours or more
